I need MT app that can fufill this concept;

Rescue team coordinator search via google map for the disaster site. (coordinates, country and area search)

Google map will zoom to location.

Coordinator can further zoom in and copy the required map area to use in his planning. Once area is confirmed, it will be displayed full size (rescalable)

On the confirmed map area, coordinator has got option to \“layer\” a grid, this will allow other coordinators to see resuce planning and operations systematically using grid ie. A1, B4, F& etc etc.

Say if coordinator decide to allocate Grid A1 to C5 to TEAM Alpha, he can further copy this map area and display it along side the Big map area.

In the assigned grid, he can select icons to show the deployment of sub rescue teams and rescue vehicles. All this is done by clicking and holding any part of the screen and a menu will appear for selection.

He has the flexibiity to move the icons around depending on his deployment plans.

When onsite rescuer updates him on the situation on ground, eg, no of suspected casualty, confirmed casualties, how many dead, injured etc. he can have options to list the descirption and upload images related to the updates. All this details must be shown via a pin on the map. he must also be able to label the rescue area\’ priority level or risk level.

At any point, there could be other coordinators managing other sub map area so on the screen, there must be a big map and other sub maps display together for clearly reference

Off course, these maps can be rotated and shifted together and rescale

Our client is in need of 4 relatively simple touch applications/widgets built for final delivery March 15th and we’re looking for a Flash / AS3 developer to collaborate on the project!

What we’re looking for:

A rockstar flash developer who can confidently take our storyboards and direction live.

None of the applications should involve re-inventing the wheel and our ideal developer would be able to identify existing frameworks that provide a path of least possible resistance. (ie use of gestureworks).

Is comfortable working remotely.

Has a good eye for design and animation movement.

The Project (further project details provided to applicants)

4 applications based on AS3. Scalable, vector/generative code based.
Content needs to be editable via XML or similar protocol. There needs to be In-application browser window with domain whitelist for most of the applications.
-An image/content viewer similar to cover flow.
-A bookshelf app where one touches a book and information animates up.
-2 gallery type applications where the gallery contents are sortable.
